Crozes-Hermitage
Composed only of Syrah planted on granite soils and on the Rhône pebble plateau, this cuvée develops notes of raspberry and violet. The palate is fresh, balanced, supported by soft tannins. A Crozes-Hermitage as we like it, perfect for poultry or traditional cuisine.
